Subu M. Kota
Chairman/CEO
Bringing a lengthy and distinguished career to the company, Mr. Kota is well suited to lead TBG into the future. Mr. Kota joined TBG in 1992 after spending 17 years at Data General Corporation where he held a number of positions including managing the company’s global technical support and quality assurance organizations, and managing strategic partnerships and business alliances. Mr. Kota also co-founded a number of innovative IT service companies that focused on Internet-based on-line education, year 2000 compliance, pen optics and ERP implementation services. Mr. Kota holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Mohan Krishna Jonna
President
Mr. Mohan Krishna Jonna has brought his rich experience to TBG, spanning over two decades in the areas of Management consultancy, Software Solutions, Business Development and Operations Management. He has distinguished career both in Manufacturing and IT organizations, and honed his skills in successfully running organizations. Mr. Mohan’s varied experience would add immense value in taking TBG’s IT Projects and services business to next level, leveraging the significant benefits of out sourcing. Before assuming the role of President, he looked after APAC operations of TBG based out of Singapore and IT projects division at US. Mr. Mohan has traveled widely in West Asia and Asia Pacific region and some of the notable clients those are handled by him include, Petronas, Shell, ENRON, BAPCO, Schlumberger, Reliance, KNPC, Toyo Engg., etc. Prior to joining TBG, he was Sales Head for India, Middle East and Africa at Ramco Systems, a Software Solutions company specializing in ERP. Mr. Mohan is a post graduate in Engineering and won Gold Medal for his meritorious performance. He has passion for managing People and Processes.
Paul Han
President - The Boston Group Korea
Mr. Paul Han leads The Boston Group Korea with over 25 years of experience in information management and international trade. He was Director of the Northeast Pacific regions for The Faxon Company(1984-1992) and Director of the Asia Pacific division for Readmore, Inc. Blackwell's Information Services(1992-1999). He was the Managing Director of Korean Operations for RoweCom Korea, Inc.(1999-2001), a global provider of high-quality service and e-commerce solutions for purchasing and managing print and e-content knowledge resources for libraries and corporations. He then joined divine, inc. which acquired RoweCom in November of 2001 as the Managing Director of divine Korea Information Services, Inc.(2001-2004).
Ronak V. Desai
Vice President - Sales & Marketing
With a wealth of sales management experience at technology leading fast growth companies, Mr. Desai is the ideal individual to lead TBG’s sales efforts. Working through various channels and implementing a number of sales development initiatives. Mr. Desai was also responsible for sales and marketing at a local technology company, carving a successful niche in the professional services market. Mr. Desai’s experience is rounded out at THERMO ALKO ( A subsidiary of Thermo Electron Corp). where he received extensive international sales experience. Mr. Desai holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Clark University.
Kashif Rana
CEO - Boston Group Indonesia
Mr. Rana runs TBG’s Southeast Asia region by heading up the marketing and sales of TBG's Software and eLearning Outsourcing services. Prior to this, Mr. Rana worked as CEO of IntraLearn Asia, by heading up 12 Asia Pacific countries, where he successfully established an extensive reseller channel as well as several strategic partnerships. In addition, Mr. Rana has over ten years of management and IT experience at EDS Corporation, State Farm Insurance companies, and the Eastman Kodak Company. Mr. Rana holds an M.B.A. degree from SUNY Buffalo, a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University, and a B.S. degree from the University of Rochester.
Prasad Jonnalagadda
Chief Technology Officer
Prasad provides technical leadership and directs software development at TBG. Prasad brings 20 years of rich experience to TBG in product development in various senior level positions. His area of experience includes Client/Server n-tier architecture applications, network security, infrastructure, web applications, data modeling, database design and wireless networks. Prasad worked with remote project teams and managed various projects. He was involved in multiple high profile projects deployed world-wide. He also participated in several standards groups and a former moderator and facilitator of eminent CAT-IETF (authentication) group. Prasad worked with Peppercoin Inc., Versada Networks, Open Market, Computer Associates, Veritas Software and Fidelity Investments. He completed his Masters from Indian Institute of Technology and his Engineering degree from Andhra University, India and won two Gold Medals for his meritorious performance.
Rupa M. Kota
Global Business Development Manager
A member of the TBG team for the past six years, Ms. Kota’s contributions have been invaluable. She established the company’s offices in Singapore and India, helped the company double profit margins and employees in a one-year period, established the company’s human resources organization, and contributed directly to the company’s bottom line with her work with clients. Ms. Kota holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from Boston University.
Richard Green
General Counsel
Representing the company’s legal interests, Mr. Green brings a broad base of legal experience to TBG. A member of the California Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Mr. Green formerly practiced law in Newport Beach, CA. There he represented both individuals and corporations in immigration related matters before the Immigration & Naturalization Service, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Board of Immigration Appeals, and various Federal and State courts. Mr. Green is a graduate of Trinity Western University and the Chapman University School of Law.
Dr. Sukumar Sikdar
Executive Consultant
With nearly 30 years of academic and industrial experience Dr. Sikdar has been associated with the company since 1992 as an advisor and in 2001, he joined the management team in the above capacity to help grow the company into a world-class organization with global recognition. At TBG, his role is one of a problem solver and the identifier of long-term strategic opportunities. He serves as a resource to the company management team with duties to listen, to ask questions and to stimulate actions. He earned a Ph.D in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from the IIT, Khargpur. Beginning his career as a faculty member at the IIMA, he worked for General Motors, RCA, UNISYS and IBM in various Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing Operations and Business Transformation roles.
