BPTech Announces Strategic Agreement with The Boston Group.

The Boston Group to augment Delivery Capability for TopicWare™ BPTech and The Boston Group to jointly market services

East Berlin, CT / Northborough, MA - May 1, 2006 - Business Performance Technology, LLC (BPTech), an innovative e-Learning solutions provider today announced a strategic agreement with The Boston Group (TBG), a leading provider of global software consulting and e-Learning services, that will significantly enhance its ability to scale for large implementations of its TopicWare "Ready to Customize" business skills e-Learning library of nearly 800 hours of reusable content.

With the agreement in place, BPTech has the ability to take full advantage of The Boston Group's e-Learning production facility in Hyderabad, India allowing it to scale to orders for TopicWare of any size. "Because of the unique qualities enabling TopicWare to be easily customized," says Peter Barrett, President and CEO of BPTech, "we needed the resources of a large scale production facility that could easily handle the customization of 50 or more courses at a time for a single client." The Boston Group's skilled and experienced e-Learning production team in Hyderabad will allow BPTech to leverage proficient, affordable resources.

Additionally, the two companies have agreed to jointly market products and services. The Boston Group will represent TopicWare for BPTech in the Asia Pacific region. The Boston Group's Enterprise Consulting Services will be marketed in the United States by BPTech.
