CARREFOUR Chooses TBG for Simulated Content Development

Northboro, MA, September 9, 2004 – The Boston Group, a leading provider of IT Solutions & Services today announced that CARREFOUR, the World’s second largest retail chain has chosen TBG to execute simulated training content for its Supply Chain Management (SCM) software.

The development of the simulated training content is aimed at increasing the consistency and effectiveness with which training is delivered to Carrefour’s employees to increase their proficiency levels in using the SCM software. This will also help in reducing considerably the time a new user would take to get certified on Carrefour's SCM system. The training content will be developed in 7 Asian languages including English to be deployed and used by more than 20,000 users across Carrefour locations in Asia.The initial implementation of the project is being done at Carrefour, Thailand ( cencar ) and expected to be rolled out in the other regions as well.
